I'm a kind hearted, patient woman. I'm easy to get along with and can get bitchy if you push the right buttons (or if I forget to take the right pills when I get up in the morning).

I'm workin hard for ma money so hard for the money

Well on a normal day i'm not that busy and I barely have any work to do but as of late i've had so many binders that have had to be put together for committees and briefings and meetings with the minister and blah blah blah. I wouldn't mind except its the exact same binder with or without changes and approvals that have to go through so many channels its frustrating. So in total I think I've made more than 50 binders in 3 days. ARG! I am so sick of binders that I just wanna set them all on fire or throw them off of the roof top.

So I am once again moving. I have to give up my desk. Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse. I love working where I am and I wasn't too happy about the first move but I got used to it and I met a bunch of ppl I never knew existed in the building (let alone our department). Here lemme start at the beginning. Because my department is now called AB Municipal Affairs and Housing (emphasis on the housing part for my story), there is a housing task force being built by the wonderful premier. Ok, no problem. Now they need some spare offices to use until something gets off the ground. Ok, no problem. My floor just happens to have some extra space. So a few offices are constructed, some workspaces are constructed for the "secretaries/phone answerers" and poof here they are. Ok, no problem. So here they are, using all of our supplies, machines and using the current vacant offices that are reserved for specific ppl to work on projects within the department that have not been hired on yet. Ok, no problem the offices are vacant, and the ppl using them are nice and the machines are in a common area. So (here's where I get bitchy) I find out today that I get to move into an office for two or three weeks just so that the "new secretary hire" can have a spot close by the other task force members (aka other secretaries) and be in the know about everything. Meanwhile I'm stuck in an unfinished office with workman tools, a spare laptop and no window and my direct line is forwarded to a temp phone in the office. Seeing as how all of my work is out front I don't see a point but whatever. So as of Monday (yes this monday) I have to be packed up and moved into my "temp" office. I wouldn't have a problem with it except that they dumped all of this on me at the end of the day and I had no idea what was going on, None-zilch-zero. It was 4.00 today and I was just finishing up the last bit of binders for the day and POOF! here's something for you to injest....gee, thanks. I'm tired, its the end of the day, I wanna pack up and go home. I seriously wanted to cry then and there.

So on a lighter note....hold on....BEP's Shut Up is on and it always makes me feel better......be back in a few *lalalala

Ah, I feel much better. So, I made another big purchase yesterday. I decided to buy a proper sewing machine. Yuppers. My first one was one off of ebay and its not workin properly so, I bought a Brother sewing machine. Now I can work on my hems (on my pants cause the legs are too long on my tiny ones). Mz. Maggie, I've bought a pattern for scrubs so I will attempt to make you a set. It may not turn out too nice but I wanna try. We've gotta go and get some fabric from the clearance bin at walmart so that I can test it out (maybe somethin nice enough so that if it does work you can have them but we'll see how it works out).

Pops bought a new phone well two phones. The two of them look exactly alike but they are made by two different companies. One of them is the same as Mr. Allan's. A samsung and the chocolate phone. They're both slide phones. I personally hate the slide part of it but other than that it's an alright phone.

Gosh darn it. I've gotta find something upbeat to listen to. Everything I fast fwd to in windows media player gives me some sappy shit that I don't wanna listen to. Ah, Gerri Haliwell's Its Raining Men. Okies, Its getting a bit up there in my bed time so I am signing off now

=) toodles
